Can you help me remember the name of an anime movie?
I saw a movie a long time ago it was Street Fighter-esque, but not Street Fighter. I remember the main character had long blonde hair and wore a baseball cap (I think it had an American flag on it). There also was a girl who wore a really revealing kimono and fought with fans. I think the movie was based off of some obscure OVA. If anyone could tell me the name of the anime that would be wonderful!
