anyone know of a good aggressive baseball workout?

i’m a pitcher on a high level showcase team based in charlotte, north carolina. we just completed our summer schedule and i did very well. the downside is i think i got very lucky this summer. i did very well pitching but did little to no work on my own. i did the occasional running but really nowhere near what i needed to do to better myself. I was wondering if anyone new of any websites or programs specific to baseball workouts. even more specifically geared toward pitching would be appreciated. its been told to me that for my class of 2011 a lot of the college recruiters come out in the fall so i need to be in very good shape. i need a good aggressive workout plan that will get me in tip top shape. i have the local YMCA to use at my disposal so equipment isn’t a problem. anything is appreciated. thanks
