If you want to avoid becoming tense or uncomfortable gripping the bat it’s important to remember to stay loose and in control. Each of your swings will be different because of the varied pitches you will receive.
It is hard to get better at hitting, but you can do it if you practice and make the effort. You may have to change your approach if you are not making the progress you want. The important thing is to realize that you can improve your hitting skills, especially if you keep the above strategies in mind.
