How to increase arm strength for baseball?
Here’s the deal:
I want to increase my arm strength. I am currently using Jaeger bands and doing his throwing program and have already seen great results. I just want to get more.
I have baseball practice twice a week where we do medicine ball workouts, run, and do long toss.
On the off days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) I lift weights once or twice and I run/do long toss on the remaining day.
What else can I do because my throwing distance stopped increasing about a month ago
What sort of weightlifting routine are you doing? You should be hammering your legs and your core; it’s amazing how much velocity you can add by increasing your leg strength.
Otherwise, med ball, running, long toss…you’re on the right track.
