The Importance of Getting Your Family involved in Sports

America today has taken a large hit when it comes to outdoor activities that involve movement and exercise. This has led to many problems with obesity and laziness that is being actively passed down to our future generations. Many families are not putting enough emphasis on exercise because the parents don’t do it regularly.
